Lyse Brillouet has been the chief intellectual property officer and senior vice president of licensing for the Orange Group since 2018. She came to IP with deep and cross-functional capabilities background in the areas of strategy, innovation, and business enablement. Her specific skills include the management of business critical disruptive projects and staging of complex projects to implement high-value digital transformation. She held various positions in business and innovation within the Orange Group such as head of the digital society research programme, and head of strategy and marketing for the e-health division. Strong direct and indirect management experience mixed with an ability to recognise and integrate business, technology, and human factors in such positions allowed her to drive effective change management. Uniting and leading people around a common mission and objective, and creating multicultural and diverse teams allowed her to deliver high-value strategic, organisational, and financial achievements. She regularly teaches in renowned French business and engineering schools.
