Jiri Slavik is a dual qualified Czech and European patent attorney and a registered representative before the UPC. He is a fully engaged IP professional having more than 10 years of experience working as an in-house patent counsel in the pharmaceutical industry, where he is involved in various IP aspects of the generic and value-added medicines development. Jiri is now part of the IP team at Adalvo, a leading global B2B pharmaceutical company, as the vice president of IP. Before that, he was part of the IP team at Zentiva for more than six years. Jiri also concurrently practices as a private practitioner (co-founded IP duo in 2022) and was elected as a full member of the epi Litigation Committee for the term 2023 to 2026 for the Czech Republic. Jiri has published articles on the Kluwer Patent Blog and in other journals.
