These teams provide legal support and strategy for patent portfolio development, licensing, global litigation from complaint to conclusion, trademark protection, support for business development deals involving IP, M&A diligence, open-source compliance, brand protection and standards bodies participation. Ms Ludlam is a highly respected litigator, having created and executed Lenovo's groundbreaking global SEP litigation strategy leading to landmark decisions in SEP litigations around the globe and placing Lenovo as a leader in global SEP litigation strategy. Working strategically and cooperatively with business leaders to identify areas of risk and to mitigate exposure across product offerings, Ms Ludlam creates and drives intellectual property and litigation strategy for the company in a way that aligns with its core values and supports its business.
