Soenke Fock, LLM, is a partner at Wildanger. For more than 22 years, he is exclusively working on intellectual property matters, with a clear focus on patent litigation. Dr Fock practices before all German patent infringement courts as well as before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) including assistance in parallel nullity and opposition proceedings. Besides actual litigation work, he is also experienced in conducting cross-border infringement campaigns. Areas of work cover all major technical fields, including telecommunication, electronics, mechanics, medical devices, pharma, and chemistry. Through numerous successfully conducted SEP campaigns Dr Fock also has vast experience regarding FRAND litigation and its preparation, for plaintiffs, but also for defendants. Further fields he is working on are patent entitlement proceedings, employee inventions and IP agreements including their antitrust issues. He advises and represents companies from across the globe, but mainly from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
