Oliver Schön, Dr., Presiding Judge of the 7th Civil Chamber of the Regional Court Munich I since January 2023, has worked in the field of patent law since 2008. During his career he was seconded to the Federal Patent Court of Germany and to the Patent Senat of the Federal Supreme Court as a research assistant. Within the framework of an EU project, he worked in the Turkish Patent Institute for 19 month.
