Ragini Jain is a seasoned IP leader with over 15 years of experience, currently spearheading IP, strategic technology intelligence, and innovation management at Cambridge GaN Devices (CGD). Mrs Jain plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing CGD's corporate IP strategy, overseeing the management of a diverse IP portfolio including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights. Known for her leadership and business acumen, Mrs Jain is passionate about guiding organisations through the complexities of IP to achieve business growth. Mrs Jain is a registered Indian patent agent and before CGD, she was an in-house IP manager at Eaton Technologies, responsible for innovation and IP management for new technology and product introductions. She was recently awarded the Electronics Weekly Women Leaders in Electronics Award in the Unsung Hero category. Commercialisation strategy, technical/competitive intelligence, licensing opportunities identification, technology transfers and data analytics are other areas of her expertise.
