Pippa Wheeler serves as senior litigation counsel at HP in Germany, where she leads the management of complex and high-value litigation matters spanning the UK and Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Benelux countries. With over 25 years of experience, a major focus of her practice is patent and copyright levies litigation before national courts and at the UPC. Her portfolio includes several landmark cases that have shaped the legal landscape for technology companies in Europe. In addition to her litigation work, Pippa Wheeler plays a pivotal role in shaping HP’s lobbying strategies, working closely with policymakers and industry groups to enhance the legal framework governing intellectual property and related sectors. Called to the Bar of England and Wales, Pippa Wheeler holds a diploma in EU Competition Law from King's College London. She is fluent in English and German.
