Natalia Muska is senior director of licensing at Adeia, a leading R&D company accelerating the adoption of innovative technologies across the media, entertainment, and semiconductor industries. In her role, Natalia leads strategic licensing initiatives that enable the commercialisation and global adoption of cutting-edge technologies, working at the intersection of innovation, business strategy, and intellectual property. Before joining Adeia, Natalia was a member of Deloitte’s Intellectual Property Advisory practice, where she played a key role in building Deloitte’s global IP advisory network and scaling its internal IP business. In 2024, she led the launch of Deloitte’s inaugural IP 360 Survey, providing market-level insight into how companies are leveraging IP to drive value and competitive advantage. Since joining Adeia, Natalia has been instrumental in expanding the company’s EMEA licensing operations, driving growth across new markets and technology verticals. She brings a global perspective on IP strategy, licensing, and value creation.
