She is a Brazilian lawyer specialising in trademark and patent litigation, with over fifteen years’ experience in complex intellectual property disputes, including infringement, nullity, unfair competition, trade dress, software, and copyright matters. She also has a strong background in civil and corporate litigation involving contractual, liability, and administrative issues, representing medium and large companies before the courts, including appeals and oral arguments. Her advisory practice includes reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, drafting legal opinions, and assisting clients in pre-litigation strategies to prevent disputes.
