Isabel Milman is a lawyer with extensive experience in complex IP disputes, including patent and trademark infringement and nullity actions, as well as matters involving unfair competition, trade dress, software, and copyright. Ms Milman has over 15 years of experience in civil and corporate litigation, representing medium and large companies in disputes related to contracts, obligations, civil liability, and administrative law. She has a strong track record before the courts, including strategic case development, appellate work, and oral advocacy. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms Milman advises domestic and international clients on commercial matters, including contract negotiation and legal opinions, and supports pre-litigation strategies focused on dispute prevention. She has authored articles on civil procedure law and IP. Ms Milman holds a masters degree in civil procedure from UERJ and is admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio De Janeiro.
