James Palmer is a managing director of the Intellectual Property Finance Group at Fortress Investments, a large alternative asset investment firm with over $50 Billion in assets under management. He brings extensive experience in intellectual property finance and entrepreneurship to his role. In this capacity, he specialises in providing sophisticated capital solutions to companies with substantial intellectual property portfolios. He is a partner in the group and focuses on origination, underwriting and structuring of new investments. Mr Palmer has over 25 years’ experience in the investment banking industry with a primary focus on sourcing, underwriting and executing both equity and debt transactions for both public and private companies across several industries.
