David Por is a partner at Clifford Chance, and a patent litigator with over 20 years of experience. He specialises in complex and cross-border patent disputes in the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, as well as healthcare and life sciences. David has extensive experience litigating before various divisions of the Unified Patent Court (UPC) as well as French domestic courts. He recently led the Association des Praticiens Européens des Brevets and is one of the co-organisers of a major annual conference on SEPs and FRAND.
