Adam Rizk is co-chair of the firm’s International Trade Commission (ITC) practice, where he regularly serves as first-chair or lead counsel in high-stakes Section 337 investigations. He has led numerous ITC matters to successful outcomes, directing teams of technologists, expert witnesses, and trial lawyers, and overseeing all phases of complex proceedings - from discovery and dispositive motions to oral argument and examination of key witnesses. Adam has experience coordinating multinational enforcement campaigns, serving as the primary liaison in parallel foreign proceedings and working with international counsel to align strategies. His practice is distinguished by a rare combination of deep technical training and real-world industry experience. In addition to his legal education and graduate studies in electrical engineering, Adam spent years as a principal engineer at BAE Systems before entering private practice. His matters routinely involve complex technologies such as microprocessors, semiconductor devices, MEMS, display and lighting systems, audio/video processing, and software-driven systems.
