Dongsuk Easton Bae is head of the IP business at Intellectual Discovery Co., Ltd., where he leads IP commercialisation, IP finance and investment initiatives, and a representative fund manager for a PEF Fund investing into a AI and Deep-Tech Ventures. With a multidisciplinary background in law, engineering, and IP strategy, he has played a central role in developing IP-based investment and monetisation models in Korea and Global markets. Before joining Intellectual Discovery in 2014, he spent nearly two decades at LG Electronics, ultimately serving as acquisition team leader. He has also served as an expert member of the Presidential Council on IP and has been an early investor in FuriosaAI, where he has concurrently served as chief IP officer as well.
