Paul Liu is the general counsel at PacketFabric, where he oversees all aspects of the legal function and drives strategic corporate growth. Drawing on his extensive experience in building and scaling high-performing legal departments, Mr Liu is deeply focused on fostering inclusive cultures, mentorship, and talent retention in the technology sector. Previously, Mr Liu served as deputy general counsel and global head of intellectual property at TuSimple. In that role, he cultivated a high performing global legal team and developed the high-value portfolio that served as the foundational bedrock for the company's highly successful $8.5bn initial public offering. A dedicated leader in the San Diego legal community, Mr Liu currently serves on the board of directors for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel as sponsorship chair. He previously served as a board member for The Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego and spent several years mentoring the next generation of attorneys as an adjunct professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
