Laura Quatela was elected to the board of directors of Lenovo Group Limited after her March 2025 retirement as its senior vice president, chief legal and corporate responsibility officer, and member of the executive committee. Ms Quatela also serves on the board’s Nomination and Governance Committee. Ms Quatela was a board director of Technicolor SA and spent 15 years at Eastman Kodak Company with range of positions from chief IP officer to president. Previously she worked for Clover Capital Management, Inc., SASIB Railway GRS, and Bausch & Lomb. In private law she was a defense litigator specialising in mass tort. Ms Quatela is a Genesee Valley Club Board of Governors member and co-founder of the Help Us Give Smiles (HUGS) Foundation. Ms Quatela graduated from Denison University, BA, international politics and CWRU School of Law, JD In 2021 she was named among the top 20 GCs in the world by The Financial Times and elected to IAM’s IP Hall of Fame.
