Peter brings a uniquely multidisciplinary background that combines an engineering background, executive leadership, legal expertise, technical fluency, operational management, and innovation-focused experience. Before his legal career, he held management and leadership positions at IBM, where he gained firsthand experience leading teams and operating within complex global technology and enterprise environments. This operational foundation continues to inform his practical, business-oriented approach to advising client executives, boards, executives, and investors. Peter is also a registered US patent attorney and inventor on multiple US patents in the semiconductor field.
