Dave Tseng is a director of IP litigation at Lenovo (United States). At Lenovo, he is primarily responsible for managing patent litigation worldwide, including cases in the United States, Asia, Europe, and South America, across a wide variety of technologies related to consumer electronics. Before joining Lenovo, he served similar roles as in-house counsel for MediaTek and TSMC. Mr Tseng holds a bachelors in computer engineering from the University of Michigan, a juris doctor from Rutgers University Law School, and an LLM in IP from the University of Washington. He is registered to practice before the USPTO and is a member of the bar in California and Washington.
