She later transitioned in-house, where she played a key role in building and managing IP departments for several US corporations, gaining deep operational and strategic insight. In her current role, Annya partners with global law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver strategic and practical consulting across all aspects of IP portfolio and operations management. She focuses on driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and enhancing profitability.
