Michael Levin is a partner at Wilson Sonsini, where he has worked for more than 30 years. He specialises in IP litigation and counseling for technology companies with a focus on standards essential patents (SEPs) relating to cellular, wireless, and video technologies. Michael has expertise litigating SEP and FRAND cases in US district courts and before the US International Trade Commission (ITC), as well as global SEP disputes across England, Germany, the UPC, India and China. He also has extensive experience with international arbitrations, including FRAND arbitrations. Michael also advises clients in establishing and maintaining FRAND licensing programmes.
