Leonid Kravets is vice president, strategy and AI transformation at InterDigital, where he leads the company’s corporate strategy and enterprise AI transformation. His work focuses on leading the adoption of AI across the organisation, while shaping InterDigital’s long-term growth agenda. In previous roles leading InterDigital’s Strategy and M&A functions, Mr Kravets directed the team responsible for sourcing and executing the patent and company transactions that strengthened the company’s wireless, consumer electronics, and video services licensing programmes. Over more than a decade, he closed numerous patent and corporate acquisitions, including two cross-border carve-outs from Technicolor. Earlier in his career, Mr Kravets practiced as a patent attorney, advised technology companies as a patent licensing consultant and patent agent, and served as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is an inventor on 30 granted patents and an IAM Strategy 300 Honoree. Mr Kravets serves as an independent board member of Focal Point Positioning. He holds a juris doctor, cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a BS in electrical and computer engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
