Where and when will the event take place?
The event will take place from 15-17 March at the Çırağan Palace Kempinski, Istanbul.
How do I get to the venue?
The Çırağan Palace Kempinski is approximately a 45 minute drive from Istanbul Airport. We recommend arriving the day the conference begins (15 March), and departing the day after the conference finishes (18 March).

What is the currency in Istanbul?
The official currency in Istanbul is the Turkish Lira. Credit/debit cards are widely used and accepted.
Please note, IPBC is unable to hold or store any cash for you and we are unable to take cash payments for the event.
Does the conference have a dress code?
The dress code for the conference is formal business attire.
Can I secure a discounted room at the venue?

Am I able to access any of the presentations post-event?
We do not distribute any of the panel presentations after the event.

What happens if I can no longer attend?
We welcome substitutions at any time. Please contact Nicole Fortuna at Nicole.Fortuna@Centellic.com if you would like to substitute your place.
Cancellations received in writing before 2 months prior to the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of £50. Cancellations received after this time will receive a credit with IAM Live that can be used toward a future event. This credit must be redeemed within 1 year.
